Gratitude list 09.07

1. It's Friday, it's sunny, and Jersey City residents have this to look forward to.
2. After weeks without communication, I can call up my mom to ask about insurance and we can immediately digress into a conversation about food, sweets and fitness.
3. My mouth is cavity-free.
4. Dinner with a friend in Montclair last night brought back a flood of memories, both good and bad. There's something simultaneously nostalgic yet so sad about about being in suburban New Jersey. To turn to the positive side of the situation...
5. I am so thankful to have found a home here, to really fit. Regardless of how long I eventually stay, I feel that, for the first time since I can remember, I'm where was meant to be.
